Historically, payments related to Cannabis, Liquor Licensing, and Short-Term Rental fees were processed manually, introducing inefficiencies and delays, particularly during high-volume renewal periods. The implementation of Velosimo Connect automates the flow of payment data between Accela and Elavon, removing the need for duplicate entry and manual reconciliation.
