The City of Chula Vista has tapped Velosimo to connect Authorize.net with its Accela Civic Platform, simplifying and securing how the city processes online payments. The new integration eliminates manual reconciliation steps and improves efficiency for both staff and residents.
Chula Vista has relied on Velosimo Connect for more than five years, linking Accela with key systems including Laserfiche, Tyler Cashiering, and ePlanReview. The addition of Authorize.net marks another milestone in the city’s effort to make digital government services seamless and interoperable.
Velosimo’s no-code setup allows the city to deploy the new payment connector quickly, enabling real-time communication between its permitting and payment systems without IT complexity.
