OpenGov Enterprise Asset Management to Procore Integration Connector

• Closed or substantially complete Procore projects can automatically create or update Capital Improvement Project records in OpenGov Asset Management when a defined milestone status is reached (Ex: Substantial Completion or Closed)
• Newly constructed assets managed in Procore (Ex: hydrants, valves, road segments, facilities, park assets, signals) can automatically create or update maintainable asset records in OpenGov Asset Management
• Project locations, addresses, GIS coordinates, parcel references, or facility identifiers from Procore can be synchronized to the related asset or project records in OpenGov Asset Management to ensure accurate asset placement and reporting
• Closeout packages, as-built drawings, warranties, O&M manuals, photos, and related construction documents from Procore can be transferred and stored against the associated project or asset record in OpenGov Asset Management
• Warranty dates, in-service dates, and acceptance milestones from Procore can trigger future inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, or lifecycle events in OpenGov Asset Management
