Accela Civic Platform to Procore Integration Connector

This connector enables automated, secure data flows that reduce manual effort, reduce dual system access, improve accuracy, and accelerate project workflows.

Accela Civic Platform to Procore Integration Connector Capabilities:

• Automatically create and sync Procore projects when new records are created in Accela Civic Platform
• Transfer permit details such as permit number, address, contractor, and valuation into Procore project records
• Filter projects using configurable rules based on record type, status, and custom fields
• Create Procore projects automatically when Accela records reach a defined status (e.g., Approved or Issued)
• Update Procore projects as permit statuses and milestone dates change in Accela
• Transfer approved plans, permits, and related documents to designated folders in Procore
• Sync inspection schedules and results from Accela to Procore
• Create Procore observations or issues from failed inspections and correction notices
• Send Procore milestone updates back to Accela to support permit closeout
• Archive Certificates of Occupancy and final approvals in the Procore project.
