The Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA) has selected Velosimo Connect™ to power a payment integration between the Accela Civic Platform and Paymentus. The connector automates payment transactions between Accela Citizen Access and Paymentus, including both credit card and ACH options, giving FGUA a more reliable way to process payments across the nearly 100 water and wastewater utility systems it manages in 15 counties statewide.
Built for public sector workflows, this no-code connector redirects users from Accela to Paymentus's secure, PCI-compliant payment screens to pay development service fees, then returns them to Accela once the transaction completes. Service and convenience fees for both payment methods are captured automatically, and daily reconciliation between the two systems is streamlined—reducing manual work for FGUA staff and providing a more consistent payment experience for residents and contractors.
